Frequent questions

What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

Check-in times are from 15:00 to 20:00. Please arrive during this time frame to ensure proper reception and delivery of the keys.

Regarding Check-out, we ask you to leave the property by 10:00 on the day of departure. This will allow us to prepare the room for the next guests.

In the event that you have special arrival or departure requirements outside the times indicated, please let us know at the time of booking. We will do our best to satisfy your requests and find a suitable solution.

Furthermore, the Late Check-out service is available, upon request and subject to availability. If you wish to extend your stay after 10:00, you can carry out the Late Check-out by paying a reduced rate equal to half the day if made before 16:00, or by paying an additional night if made after 16:00.

We remind you that upon departure, you will need to return the keys that were given to you on arrival. This will allow us to ensure the safety and proper functioning of the facility for subsequent guests.

Do you have Wi-Fi connection service?

Yes, we offer free WiFi for all guests. Login credentials will be provided upon check-in.

Can I smoke inside or in the rooms?

No, smoking is not allowed indoors and in the rooms to ensure the protection of non-smokers. However, special areas are available, such as the terraces and the garden, where it is possible to smoke in respect of the other guests. Please use these designated smoking areas only.

Please note that, in the event that this rule is ignored, a penalty could be applied for sanitizing the room in order to restore the environment to an adequate hygienic state. Sanitization is necessary to ensure a healthy environment free of unpleasant odors for future guests.

Do you offer a shuttle service for guests arriving by train?

Certainly! The Agropoli train station is about a 10-minute walk from the facilities of the center and the San Marco seafront. As for Paestum, it is 5 km away, while Torchiara is about 6 km away. If you intend to arrive by train, please let us know your arrival time in advance and we will do our best to arrange a free transfer for you.

In case it is not possible to provide a shuttle service, you will still be able to use a shuttle service or take a taxi, at an approximate cost of €15. We will be happy to provide you with the information you need to organize your transport in a comfortable and safe way.

Can I reach the property by car to unload my bags?

As for the structures located in the center of Agropoli, such as Louis XXII Art&Relais and Dal Conte, unfortunately it is not possible to arrive by car directly under the structure due to the ZTL areas (Zone a Traffico Limitato). Therefore, it will be necessary to park the car in a suitable area and then reach the property on foot.

However, for all the other structures, it will be possible to reach the structure by car up to under the structure itself. You can easily unload your suitcases and then proceed with the on-site parking.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes, we offer our guests several parking options:

  1. Center parking: We provide a free pass to our guests to park in the parking lot in Piazza Merola Centro. The Pass can be collected at check-in. It is important to bear in mind that the loss or non-return of the Pass will result in a penalty equal to the value of the Pass itself (€60.00).

  2. Parking throughout the territory: Upon request, we can provide a Pass to our guests to park for free on the blue lines throughout the municipal area, including the beaches. The cost of the Pass is €5 per day instead of €2 per hour. It is important to note that the loss or non-return of the Pass will result in a penalty equal to the value of the Pass itself (€40.00).

  3. Private parking with gate: On request, it is possible to use a private parking with gate at a cost of €15 per day.

What are the service hours for Breakfast?

Breakfast is served in partner bars from 7:00 to 12:00. If you wish to use the breakfast service during your stay at the Cilento Suite, please let us know at the time of booking. The cost for Breakfast is €5 per person. Furthermore, we invite you to report any allergies and intolerances in advance, so that we can provide a service tailored to your needs.

At what time is the cleaning of the rooms done?

For the rooms, cleaning is done daily from 11:00 to 13:00. During this time, the staff will tidy up and clean your room to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment.

If you are staying in a Villa or apartment, you can request an additional cleaning service at a cost of €25 per day.

When are sheets and towels changed?

The change of sheets is carried out free of charge every 3 days, guaranteeing a fresh and clean environment during your stay. Of course, there is also a complete change of bed linen for each change of guest. Should you require an extra change of sheets, it can be requested for an additional cost of €10.

As for towels, we kindly ask you to place used towels in the special baskets in the bathroom. This will allow us to carry out a regular change of towels, ensuring maximum freshness and cleanliness for all guests.

What are the distances from the sea and from the main points of interest?

SEA:

  • Vinarte B&B is located just 150 meters from the Lungomare San Marco.
  • Louis XXII and Dal Conte are located 400 meters from the beach of Licina or Lido Azzurro.
  • The most famous beach of the Bay of Trentova is about 2 km away, which corresponds to about 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.
  • Luxury House is located about 600 meters from Lido Cascata and Otium.
  • Cilento in Relax is located about 6 km from the coast.

TOURIST PORT OF AGROPOLI:

  • The port is only a 5-minute walk from the establishments of Louis XXII and Dal Conte.
  • About 1.5 km from Vinarte B&B.
  • About 3.5km from Luxury House.
  • About 6 km from Cilento in Relax. From here you can rent boats and canoes. During the months of July and August, ferries also leave for the southern coast of Cilento, Capri and the Amalfi coast.
